Karon Phillips wins a gold for Maidenhead at the World Masters in Trakai Print E-mail
Tuesday, 09 September 2008

Karon Phillips, the only Maidenhead RC member to compete at the World Masters in Trakai, won a gold medal in the Womens F4+ (Maidenhead, Barnes Bridge, Burway & Thames RC) and two second places in W E8+ and W D8+.

Well done to Karon who was up against some stiff competition from some very good German, Russin and Ukranian crews but at least she had some good weather (unlike in the UK).
