The Function room has a capability of seating up to 100 people ‘theatre-style’ or 85 seated at tables. It has adjoining Kitchen facilities and Bar with magnificent views of the River Thames with Brunel’s famous Sounding Arch and Maidenhead Bridge in each direction.

The Function Room and Bar have access to the balcony designed for Summer BBQ’s and Parties. The fully stocked bar, with open fire,  real ale and superior wines, has magnificent views downstream of the river and is able to cater for all function requirements.  Parking  is available for up to 50 cars. 

Club Function Prices vary in accordance with attendance, catering (including table  linen requirements), bar staffing and club cleaning. In general, most functions are serviced by outside caterers but for smaller corporate day hire we can provide excellent support at competitive prices.
Any person or company is required to enter into a simple contract (terms and conditions) and provide a deposit – details of which will be given by our contacts below.

Hire Restrictions:

• The club does not offer hire for private parties to any person under the age of  30.
• The club is limited by the licensing authorities whereby ‘Last Orders’ are requested at 11.00pm on the evening of the function and the club vacated by midnight for all personnel.
