Alternatively, you can pick up a copy of the form from the leaflet dispenser located in the entrance to the club. The membership fee payable corresponds to the membership category and the month in which you join the club, as shown in the table under Costs. Post the completed form and cheque to the membership secretary (details on the form), or put it in the padlocked box in the foyer of the clubhouse.
