- Junior classifications will depend on entries. Junior 15 and below
Quadruple Sulls will be coxed.
- VETERAN classifications will depend on entries; handicapped races may be held.
- Competitors (including Coxwains) may not enter more than two
events. Please make us aware of any boats doubling up. The
Committee, where possible, will make allowances for this, however,
if the smooth running of the racing programme is compromised, then
the Committee may withdraw entries. Allowance for clashes will not
be made on the day.
- The following combinations cannot be catered for - Senior 3 1x and
Novice 1x entrants may not enter a rowing event.
- The Regatta reserves the right to withdraw any event should there be insufficient
entries.
- A Victor Ludorum prize of £250 will be presented to the most successful visiting club.
Entry Fees - £7 per competitor per event (Coxes free) if received by the closing date,
£8 thereafter.
Entries – On ARA forms. Please ensure the relevant details are present, with the
correct entry fee. Please add £15 for any competitor without an ARA registration number.
W.A.R.A./S.A.R.A. crews should include £1 per person as a racing fee.
Closing Date – Saturday 2nd August by post. Entries will be accepted at Henley
Town and Visitors Regatta up to the end of racing. The draw will take place on Sunday
3rd
August. No refund of entry fees will be made if a crew withdraws after the draw.
