If you have watched boats rowing up and down the Thames and would like to experience this for yourself, we offer three Adult (18+) Learn to Row courses every year. The dates for the 2025 courses are listed below:

If you are interested in being considered for a place one of these, please fill in this form. Before you fill it in, please consider the following which details the level of commitment and payment required:

• You must be able to come to every session. There are no ‘make-up’ sessions on different days.
• The course (8 sessions) costs £280.
• To secure your place on the course you will be asked to pay a non-refundable £50 deposit which will be taken off the cost of the course. Your place on a course is not guaranteed until this has been paid.
• You must be able to swim 50m, and lift boats in and out of the water.

Maidenhead Rowing Club holds the British Rowing accreditation as a Learn to Row Centre. Our courses are run by experienced coaches who are British Rowing accredited.
